The boutique offers a selection of products mainly from small independent farms from Normandy that value organic or responsible farming methods. We prepare these products for every lunch and dinner in our kitchens: straight-in the restaurant. Everything is homemade from raw and seasonal foods.

Our chefs propose an elaborate and generous cuisine declined in three starters, main courses and desserts. On the menu, classic French dishes are served alongside recipes twisted with a modern touch and dishes with foreign influences. Every day, at least one creative and demanding vegetarian proposal. As our partner farms have small seasonal productions, our menu is bound to change several times a week.

Wine cave

From the wine cave, you will find a selection of organic or natural wines from small producers, available by the bottle in the boutique as well as by the glass in the restaurant.

Le Rigodon works hand in hand with several small independent farms, most of which are located in Normandy. Among them:

  • La ferme Galobio, in Livarot, raises poultry and produces eggs. The chickens, guinea fowls and capons are from old and local breeds.
  • La ferme de la Chevrière, in Mesnil-Eudes, produces cheeses thanks to its fifty goats, who are raised in the open air and benefit from a seasonal rhythm. They are fed exclusively on grass, hay and local cereals.
  • The Orbec mushroom farm gros button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shiitakes in the coolness of a 13th century quarry, without any use of water or heating: a carbon neutral culture. The Perrel family also runs an organic watercress farm a few kilometres away.
  • La ferme de l'Instière, in Camembert, is respectful of the purest tradition of Camembert-making, working from organic raw milk, from cows fed exclusively on grass and hay.

In the restaurant & in the kitchen


In the boutique and in the restaurant, Côme will share with you his enthusiasm for local products. His passion for agriculture, breeding and qualitative products transpires in Le RIGODON.

In the kitchen, Gina and Mamady compose a four-handed menu inspired by their passion for French cuisine; their respective backgrounds bring a twist to the menu.

For lunch, the first seating is at 12:30, the second at 13:30; in the evening, the first seating is at 19:30, and the second starts from 21:15.

For brunch, the first seating is at 11:30, the second at 13:00, and the third at 14:30. The exact time, give or take 15 minutes, will be provided in the confirmation email.
